Oorzaken en effecten van bureaucratisering in het basisonderwijs.

Samenvatting

In this study the extent, nature, causes and effects of bureuacratization in primary schools are analyzed. Sixteen case studies are carried out in Dutch primary schools, and the results are complemented with comparative case studies in Italy and Germany, with case studies in two other sectors than education, and with research on school bureaucracy indicators in 32 OECD-countries. The goal is to formulate recommendations for the governement and for Dutch primary schools.
