Physics@Veldhoven 2020 seeks physicists who make art*

Physics@Veldhoven: best known for its exhilarating and diverse line-up of high-level physics sessions and activities, this conference also provides a showcase for a different theme each year.

For the next edition on 21 and 22 January 2020, that theme is 'The Art of Physics'. We will be spotlighting the interfaces between art and physics and zooming in on the beauty of this branch of science.

For next year’s programme we are seeking physicists who would like to take this opportunity to reveal their artistic side.

Do you make art that has a bearing on physics? Or would you enjoy presenting research-related art in collaboration with an artist? Let us know how you would like to contribute to Physics@Veldhoven 2020. You can send an email to Please indicate the type of art you have in mind and, if possible, include an image or descriptive text. Deadline for submissions is 6 September 2019.
