What to apply for

The final date on which applications can be submitted is 31 December 2019.

Assessment

Criteria

The proposal describes one or more matchmaking events across the entire knowledge chain within (parts of) one or more NWA routes. The meeting will be open to all interested persons and parties in the Netherlands.
It must be clearly stated how the proposal will facilitate inclusiveness within the route(s). This concerns not just the involvement of other knowledge institutions but also public and private parties.
The funding must be spent within six months after the funding decision.

Procedure

The NWA programme secretariat will assess whether the application satisfies the conditions as described in this brochure. Applications that do not satisfy these conditions will not be taken into consideration. No external advice will be sought for a matchmaking meeting application. The secretariat will assess the application with the associated document and the secretary of the NWO executive board, mandated by the NWO executive board, will make a decision. Applications will be assessed within a maximum period of three weeks.
