Administrative capacity and the functioning of professionalization incentives in secondary education

Researchers associated with research institutions in the Netherlands where educational research is being conducted can submit an application for research on two themes that are important from a policy perspective when it comes to the quality of Dutch secondary education: 1) the administrative capacity of school boards and 2) functioning of professionalization incentives in secondary education.
