Pre-announcement new call Health Policy and Systems research

A second call for proposals in the Global Health Policy and Health Systems Research programme is expected to be launched around mid-November 2010. This call follows the recently concluded first call for proposals. The deadline for proposals will be around February or March 2011.

In this second call, initiatives from low-income countries (LIC) are highly welcome. Main applicants from these countries are explicitly invited to submit a proposal with a Dutch senior researcher as co-applicant. The proposed programme must be conducted jointly. Collaboration between several LICs is encouraged. The thematic focus will be on MDG5 in relation to health systems.
