WOTRO research in Sharing Point database

Recently, information about all WOTRO research has become available via the SHARing Point Server: http://www.sharingpoint.net, a web site with health related information from around the globe. At the Sharing Point server you can search for WOTRO projects and other projects, articles in online journals and health related news that is continually updated.

The Sharing Point database contains data on more than 120.000 projects and journal articles/abstracts, together with a pool of 100.000 experts derived from these sources. In adfdition, 540.000 full text indexed articles from about 600 different journals like "British Medical Journal", "The Lancet", "Gene" and others are made available; 170.000 of them are freely available as full text on the web, the others mostly as abstracts. At last, the Sharing Point system allows to search in more than 6.000.000 abstracts of articles and to find experts out of 3.000.000 authors from Medline, the largest server for abstracts from medical journals provided by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the United States.
