Interactieve Multimodale Informatie Extractie (IMIX)
IMOGEN: Interactive Multimodal Output Generation
In this project, we develop a multimodal information-presentation module combining language, speech and graphics, which can be used in isolation, but also as part of a spoken dialogue system. Improving output generation appears to be an important step in developing the next generation of multimodal interfaces, and will give rise to systems where in- and output capabilities are in a better balance. In this proposal we address four focus points aimed at improving the output quality, namely (1) multimodality, (2) improved prosody, (3) adaptivity and (4) evaluation.
