STARE

The research programme, STARE (STAR E-science), concerns research with surplus value for both research disciplines computer science and astronomy. The STARE programme text (chapter 4 of the I-Science programme text) describes the focus of the programme. 

The Physical Sciences Council made the final decision on allocation of the STARE grants in February 2006. More information on the projects can be found here.
