"THE BRAIN IS MORE CHANGEABLE THAN WE EVER THOUGHT", to quote the special issue of Scientific American, "Better Brains", September 2003. The Dutch national Cognition programme is organizing a scientific symposium around this theme at Friday June 25 in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
