Personnel and Organisation
The Personnel and Organisation department (in Dutch: Personeel en Organisatie (P&O)) is responsible for all personnel matters within the organisation, including personnel policy, implementation of the Collective Labour Agreement, employee relations, recruitment and selection, careers policy, salary payments and internal information and communication.
