Principle Groups of Social Sciences Disciplines
The Division for the Social Sciences (MaGW) is one of NWO’s eight scientific divisions. MaGW consists of a divisional board, formed by scientists, and a divisional office that is responsible for the necessary support. MaGW focuses on obtaining new knowledge and insights in a field of activity that covers four principle groups of disciplines:
- Economics and business administration
- Behaviour and education
- Law and administration
- Social sciences
These principle groups are subdivided into fifteen disciplines.
