Netherlands Institute for the Study of Crime and Law Enforcement (NSCR)
Mission
NSCR conducts independent long term research into criminality and the maintenance of law and order, and the interplay between them. The research is divided into three themes:
- mobility and the distribution of crime
- The citizen and the criminal justice system
- Life course, crime and interventions
The institute is co-financed by the Ministry of Safety and Justice and the VU University Amsterdam.
