The Netherlands participate in various scientific programmes of the European Space Agency ESA. As a result, Dutch researchers have access to costly, large-scale scientific infrastructure in space, that is being developed within an international framework. ALW wants to encourage its use by means of the NWO / SRON User Support Programme Space Research (Earth observation, micro weight and planetary research), in line with the calls of ESA.
