Stakeholders meeting TB Vaccines

In the new strategy of EDCTP capacity strengthening is combined with R&D within one grant. For this, a product oriented approach, combined with capacity strengthening activities within the same partnership will be developed in close cooperation with different stakeholders. A stakeholders meeting will therefore be held for each topic identified in the EDCTP Joint Programme including TB vaccines, malaria vaccines, HIV treatment and microbicides. On 11 April 2007 NACCAP hosted the meeting on TB vaccines at NWO in The Hague. All other stakeholders meetings will also take place in the first half of 2007 and will involve NACCAP representatives. Pending the results of all stakeholders meetings, NACCAP will organise and/or join a Joint Call on a specific topic.
