Cultural Dynamics Programme open for applications

The focus of this research programme is on the formation of cultural heritage as a dynamic, societal process which is crucial for (re)defining identities of individuals, groups and nations. A thorough understanding of this complex process of cultural heritage formation in the Western and non-Western world contributes to solving problems related to social cohesion. Pre-proposals for the Cultural Dynamics programme can be submitted until the deadline of 22 May 2007 at 12:00 hours. At the end of June 2007, the Cultural Dynamics Programme Committee will announce which pre-proposals will receive a positive recommendation for further elaboration. Read more...
