Smart Mix promotes economic, social and cultural innovation that allows the Netherlands to excel (inter)nationally. To achieve this companies and/or social organisations work together with knowledge institutions on highly diverse subjects. The Smart Mix programme is aimed at creating value and at focus and critical mass in excellent scientific research. The whole knowledge chain is being used, from fundamental and applied research to precompetitive development.
