ERGO

Question regarding the number of preliminary application one can be involved in

19 May 2006

The ERGO programme documentation is not very clear about the fact that one researcher can only act as coordinator/main applicant of one preliminary application (question 2a of the preliminary application form), but that there are no restrictions as to his or her involvement in other roles, like that of a 'directly involved research group' or 'co-applicant (in the sense of question 2b) or when being hired to contribute relevant external expertise to projects resulting from various preliminary applications.

In many cases, it will even be beneficial to strive for a standardised method, also between individual projects.
