Organisation

The TRIASprogramme is organised through:

• a Steering Group (SG-TRIAS)
• a Programme Committee  (PC-TRIAS)
• a Programme Management Team (PMT)
• a number of Support/Sounding Board committees
• a Project Manager.

The Steering group has the authority to come to decisions on behalf of the 3 participating organisations.

De Programme Committee carries out the programme and has selected the projects at an earlier stage.

The Programme Management Team takes care of supporting the programme as a whole.

The Support Committees or Sounding Board Committees each steer and support a number of projects or sub-projects. The members of such a committee  most often are from companies and other professional organisations that will use this (kind) of scientific results.

The projectmanager keeps an eye on the projects and makes sure that progress meetings and reports are taking place on time and in the best way possible, with attendance from scientists, project leaders and professional (private) organisations.
